This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use Company Products and Games, and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Company’s Games and other Company Products as defined below.
This Policy is a privacy notice and not a contract requiring consent to all Processing. By using the Services, You acknowledge that this Policy has been made available to You. Where consent is required by applicable law, We request it separately through an appropriate affirmative choice and You may withdraw it as described below.
This Policy applies worldwide to the Company's Games, applications, websites, including support channels and related services that link to it (collectively, the Services). A particular Service or jurisdiction may provide a supplemental notice. The privacy practices of third-party platforms and websites are governed by their own notices.
1. INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined in the Terms of Use, unless an alternative meaning is ascribed to them under the following provisions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
1.1. Advertising Partners shall have the meaning ascribed to it in section 6.1.1. of the present Policy.
1.2. Services means the Games, applications, websites, customer support, community features and other products or services operated by or on behalf of the Company that link to this Policy.
1.3. User (You, Your, Yours, etc.)means an individual who accesses or uses the Services.
1.4. Personal Data shall mean any information that directly or indirectly identifies the User and similar terms under applicable law.
1.5. Personal Data Processing shall mean any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data and/or personal data sets, including, without limitation, collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, erasure, destruction of personal data.
1.6. Playvision (Company, Us, Ours, Our, We, etc.) shall mean Playvision L.L.C-FZ, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Meydan Free Zone, registration number 2205321, with the registered address at: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.
1.7. Terms of Use shall mean the Terms of Use that form the agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Games and other Company Products, which are available at the Company’s Websites.
2. PRINCIPLES OF DATA PROCESSING
In the processing of Your Personal Data, We adhere to the following principles, subject to applicable law:
2.1. Lawfulness. We process Personal Data only legally (with Your consent, by virtue of the law, based on legitimate interest, on other legitimate grounds) and for specific purposes, as well as for the proper performance of Our contractual obligations with the Users.
2.2. Transparency. We strive to be as clear and as open as possible about how We collect, use and share Personal Data. If You have any questions about any provisions of the Policy, We are open to communication.
2.3. Fairness. We do not allow the processing of Personal Data in an unreasonable, harmful, discriminatory, derogatory, unexpected or misleading way.
2.4. Specified, explicit and legitimate purposes. The exhaustive list of purposes of processing Your Personal Data is stipulated in the present Policy. We do not process Personal Data for purposes not specified in this Policy.
2.5. Data minimization. We process Personal Data only to the extent necessary to achieve the processing objectives specified in the present Policy and We do not process Your Personal Data for any other reasons.
2.6. Accuracy. We take reasonable steps to keep Personal Data accurate and up to date where necessary.
2.7. Storage limitation. We do not store Personal Data for longer than is necessary for processing purposes.
2.8. Integrity and confidentiality. We strive to ensure the security of Your Personal Data by protecting it from unauthorized or illegal access, processing, as well as from accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical and organizational measures.
2.9. Privacy by design. We seek to take privacy considerations into account when developing or materially changing the Services.
2.10. Local requirements. Where applicable law provides additional or conflicting mandatory requirements, those requirements prevail.
3. COLLECTING AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The categories of Personal Data collected depend on the Service, device, platform, region, features You use and choices You make. Not every category below is collected from every User.
3.1. Information and data that the User provides to Us voluntarily: | |

This information is necessary to send requests to the Company's technical support and provide assistance in resolving them. We may request additional information that is reasonably necessary to authenticate You, investigate the matter and respond. We process the information that You provide automatically due to the settings of Your mobile devices and software. 5. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
5.1. The Company may process Your Personal Data for the following purposes:
5.1.1. Provision and maintenance of the Games: Your Data may be used in order to provide and maintain Our Games and other Company Products, including monitoring the usage of Our Games;
5.1.2. Accounts Management: to manage Your registration as a user of the Games. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Games and/or other Company Products that are available to You as a registered User;
5.1.3. Analytics: We and Our partners (“Analytics Services”) collect and process some of Your Personal Data for analytics purposes for Our Games. For example, We use this information to:
5.1.3.1. balancing difficulty, game mechanics and user experience;
5.1.3.2. identifying and correcting crashes, bugs and performance problems;
5.1.3.3. understanding audiences and usage trends in aggregated or de-identified form where appropriate;;
5.1.3.4. determine the need to support a new type of device for the Games.
5.1.4. Contacting Users: To contact You by email or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding software updates, communications related to the functionalities of the Games and/or other Company Products, sending and/or filing of receipts, bills and other communication regarding Your in-Game purchases, refunds, security updates, etc.;
5.1.5. Support: To attend to and manage Your requests to Us, including, without limitation, the requests sent to Our support team and the feedback left in the form of comments on the platforms through which the Games are distributed;
5.1.6. Advertising: We may use Your Personal Data in order to develop and display content and advertising (and work with third-party vendors who do so) tailored to Your interests and/or location and to measure its effectiveness;
5.1.7. Refund purposes: since We do not process Your Personal Data when You make in-Game purchases within Our Games directly, in order to better process Your refund requests We have to obtain Your consent for processing Your refund requests, as well as for transfer thereof to Our payment agents. Please be aware that You are allowed to freely withdraw Your consent for this purpose at any time, but We note that in case of Your consent withdrawal, We may be unable to process Your refund requests properly.
For other purposes: We may use Your Personal Data for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of Our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve Our Service, products, services, marketing and enhancing Your experience with the Games.
6. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA
We disclose Personal Data only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to appropriate contractual, technical and legal safeguards where required. Recipients may act as Our processors, independent controllers or joint controllers depending on their role:
6.1.1. Advertising Partners. To keep Our Games free, We display advertisements in them with the help of third-party advertising partners ("Advertising Partners"). We integrate their technologies into Our Games, thanks to which Advertising partners independently determine which ads to show to You.
In order to serve You ads that may be of interest to You, Advertising Partners collect and use Your Personal Data. If location services are enabled in Your device settings, Advertising Partners may additionally collect data about Your geolocation. In some cases, Advertising Partners collect information about You on Our behalf and act as a processor of Your Personal Data, and in some cases, Advertising Partners independently decide to collect Your personal data through the mechanisms built into Our applications. In the latter case, Advertising Partners act as a controller in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
We use providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, customer support, communications, moderation, security, fraud prevention, analytics, crash reporting, attribution and advertising. They receive the categories reasonably necessary for their function.
6.1.2. Payment Service Providers. We may share Your Personal Data with Payment Service Providers in order to process Your purchases and refunds.
We recommend that You familiarize Yourself with the list of Our Payment Service Providers and their privacy policies in section 10 of the present Policy.
6.1.3. Our Affiliates. We may share Your Personal Data with Our affiliates, in which case We will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.
6.1.4. Governmental Bodies. We may be required to disclose some or all of Your Personal Data by the applicable laws and regulations (e.g. if such disclosure is ordered by a court, requested by an authorised administrative body authorised to request such Personal Data by the applicable law, etc.).
6.1. Profile information and content may be visible to other Users or the public according to the feature and Your choices. We may also disclose Personal Data at Your direction or in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar transaction, subject to applicable notice and confidentiality requirements.
7. DATA RETENTION
7.1. Retention depends on the category of Personal Data, the purpose of Processing, account activity, applicable limitation periods, legal obligations, security needs and the time required to resolve disputes.
7.2. We generally retain Your Personal Data as long as Your account is active and for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which such Personal Data is processed. Please note, however, that We may retain and use Your Personal Data as necessary to comply with Our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce Our agreements and rights, or if it is not technically and reasonably feasible to remove such Personal Data from Our databases.
7.3. When Personal Data is no longer required, We delete or de-identify it, subject to legal holds and limited backup cycles. Deletion requests are handled as described below; certain records may be retained where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud, protect rights or document compliance.
8. TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
8.1. Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdiction.
8.2. We use transfer mechanisms required by applicable law, which may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Agreement, contractual protections and other lawful safeguards. Consent is used for a transfer only where the law permits and the required conditions are met.
8.3. The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.
9. ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING
Google Analytics | Google Analytics is a Web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports Website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of Our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You may opt out of certain Google Analytics features through Your mobile device settings, such as Your device advertising settings. 10. PAYMENTS
10.1. When You make in-app purchases in the Games, We do not collect data about the payment transactions You make and do not have access to Your payment information. This information is collected and stored by Your platform (for example, the App Store on Apple devices, Google Play on Android devices) or by some other payment service provider that We engage to process Your payments and refunds, as well as for verifying payments from You (“Payment Service Providers”).
10.2. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy notices and security obligations. Where We introduce a direct payment method, We will provide any additional disclosures required for that method.
10.3. Please note that purchases of in-Game items, subscriptions and additional functionality can be carried out not only through the functionality of the Games, but also through the stores of third-party services authorized by us. We encourage You to review the privacy policies of such third-party services.
11. CHILDREN AND AGE-RELATED PROTECTIONS
Each Game has a minimum age shown in its Terms of Use, store listing or access flow. The minimum age may differ by Game and jurisdiction, and some Games may be restricted to persons aged 18 or 21. You must not use a Service if You are below the applicable minimum age.
The Services are not directed at children under 13, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from them. Where local law requires parental authorization for a person over 13 but under another age, We may request that authorization or restrict the relevant feature or Service. If You believe a child has provided Personal Data contrary to these rules, contact Us so We can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may use age gates, age ranges or platform-provided age signals to apply appropriate access, advertising, communication and privacy settings. We use that information only to the extent reasonably necessary for those purposes.
12. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, You may have the right to confirm whether We process Your Personal Data; to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy; to object to Processing; to withdraw consent; to opt out of direct marketing, targeted advertising, sale or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive Personal Data; and to challenge certain automated decisions.
To exercise any of these rights, use the available in-Game privacy or account tools or contact Us. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify Your identity, account and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and provide an appeal process where required.
You may withdraw consent through the relevant consent interface or by contacting Us. You may disable push notifications, reset or limit advertising identifiers, manage platform tracking permissions and change cookie preferences through the relevant Service, device, platform or website settings. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful Processing and does not stop Processing that is necessary for a contract, security or legal compliance.
13. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
You may initiate deletion of a registered or guest account through the account-deletion function available in the relevant Game and through any account-deletion page made available on the relevant Company website. If You cannot access those tools, contact Us. Uninstalling a Game does not by itself delete server-side account data.
Account deletion removes or de-identifies Personal Data associated with the account unless retention is required or permitted for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or protection of rights. We also instruct processors to delete data where required. Content already shared with other Users may remain available to the extent necessary to preserve conversations, transactions, legal rights or the integrity of the Service, but We will remove or de-identify the link to Your account where reasonably feasible and legally required.
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an app-store or platform subscription. You should manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform that sold them.
14. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Our websites and web-based Services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, preferences, analytics, attribution and advertising. The technologies and providers used may differ by website, Game, device and region.
Where required, non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are disabled until You make a choice through the cookie or consent interface. You can later change that choice through cookie settings or other privacy controls. We recognize legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where they apply.
15. AUTOMATED PROCESSING
We may use automated systems to support matchmaking, gameplay, recommendations, advertising, fraud and cheating detection, content moderation and security. Unless permitted by applicable law with appropriate safeguards, We do not make decisions based solely on automated Processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Where required, You may request human review of a measure affecting Your account.
16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The Company reserves the right to periodically modify this Privacy Policy.
We encourage You to review the Privacy Policy from time to time for the latest information on Our privacy practices. If We make any changes to the Privacy Policy, We will revise the date at the top of the Privacy Policy with an updated revision date. In case of material or significant changes, We may provide an additional notice (such as emailing You, or placing a notice on Our Website or in-game).
